Biell, Hannah (4 MAY 1903)

Married, at the St. John Evangelical Church at 3:30 in the afternoon on Monday, May 4th, 1903, Mr. Frank Sill, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Sill, and Miss Hannah Biell, the adopted daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Biell, Rev. E. Herrmann performing the ceremony.

The bride’s gown was blue satin trimmed with white and she wore a wreath and veil. The groom was attired in the usual black. They were attended by Messrs. Frank Hopp and Louis Sill, and Misses Louisa Herrmann and Bertha Baumgart.

After the ceremony a reception was held at the bride’s home and in the evening many guests were entertained at the hall, also where dancing was indulged in until early hours of the morning. About midnight some of the old German wedding customs were carried out.

The young couple expect to make this their home and the Phonograph join their many friends in wishing them all the joy and happiness possible in their new life.
