Molle, Adolph A. (22 Nov. 1892 - 1966)

Owen - Adolph A. Molle, 73, route 1, Owen, died at 5:45 p.m. Saturday at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home in Owen, Wis. The Rev. A. Rasch, Colby, will officiate, and burial will be made in the South Green Grove Cemetery.

The body will repose at the funeral home from Tuesday afternoon until time of services.

Mr. Molle was born Nov. 22, 1892, in the town of Green Grove, and received his education there. His marriage to Lydia Persak, who preceded him in death in 1944, took place April 26, 1916, at Owen, Wis.

Mr. Molle farmed in the town of Green Grove until 1946, and then was a motor patrol officer there for 10 years.

He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in the town of Green Grove.

Survivors include two sons, Arnold Molle, Spencer; and Alfred Molle, route 1, Owen; two daughters, Mrs. Reuben (Irene) Schuette, Burlington; and Mrs. Dewey (Vernetta) Phillips, Chicago; four sisters, Mrs. Ole (Anna) Elstrom, Mrs. Ida Meyers, and Mrs. Charles (Hilda) Witt, Colby; and Mrs. Frieda Hendrickson, Spencer; a brother, Henry Molle, Unity; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
