Molle, Shirley Ann (Marriage - 7 July 1962)

Bouquets of mixed summer flowers were placed on the altar of Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer, for the wedding of Miss Shirley Ann Molle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Molle, Spencer, when she was given in marriage by her father to Donald Everett Olson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Olson, route 1, Loyal.

The Olson-Molle nuptial rites were performed Saturday, July 7, at 2 p.m. by the Rev. W. R. Krueger. Mrs. Kenneth Voss and Miss Marilyn Noeldner sang "The Lord’s Prayer" and "O Perfect Love."

The bridal gown of organza had a full skirt trimmed with lace and an all-lace bodice. The fingertip veil was secured to a rhinestone and crystal crown and her bouquet consisted of yellow roses.

Miss Elizabeth Boehning was maid of honor with Miss Carol Myre and Miss Audrey Olson, both of Loyal, and Miss Carol Ringquist, Greenwood, the bridesmaids.

They wore yellow street-length dresses with collars extending into V necklines at the back and tied with bows. They had matching crows with face veils and carried bouquets of yellow and white carnations.

Attending the groom were Dennis Olson, Loyal, the best man, and George Brenner of Loyal, Roger Molle of Spencer, and Gary Oswald, Greenwood, and groomsmen. Delbert Schuette and Noel Olson, Loyal, were the ushers.

A 5 o’clock wedding supper was served that evening at the bride’s parents’ home and the dance that evening at Silver Dome Ballroom, Neillsville, Wis.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Olson are graduates of Loyal High School. Mrs. Olson is employed by the General Telephone Co. at Marshfield and her husband farms with his father. Following a northern Wisconsin honeymoon, the Olson will reside on route 1, Loyal.
