I AM SEARCHING FOR A WILLIAM J FRANK. BORN SEPT 11 1859 IN WISCONSIN. THAT IS ALL I KNOW ABOUT HIM. HE EVENTUALLY MOVED TO NORTH DAKOTA AND THEN MINNESOTA. HE MARRIED A LADY NAMED JENNIE MCPHERSON AROUND 1900 TO 1903. THIS IS ALL THE INFO I HAVE. HE IS MY GRANDFATHER.
