STATE OF WISCONSIN, COUNTY OF CLARK, ss.--G. P. Bailey, plaintiff, against McClellan & Co., defendants.--In Clark County Circuit Court--By virtue of an execution to me directed, issued from the said Circuit Court, in the above entitled action, I have levied upon and will expose for sale, at public auction, at the Court House in said County, on the 14th day of October, A. D. 1858, at 9 o'clock A.M., all the right, title and interest of the said McClellan & Co., in and to the following described real property, to wit: The south half of the south-east quarter of section thirty-two, [32,] township number twenty-five [25] north, range one [1,] west.
