Schuld, Phyllis (15 JUN 1933)

St. Anthony’s Catholic church at Loyal was the scene of a pretty wedding Thursday morning when Miss Phyllis Barbara Schuld, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Schuld, became the bride of Harold Laufenberg, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Laufenberg, Marshfield. The ceremony was solemnized at 8 o’clock by Father A. J. Aurit.

The bride was attired in an ankle length gown of pale yellow crepe back satin and white hat. Her flowers were white rosebuds and ferns. Miss Justine Pfeifer was dressed in an ankle length gown of green georgette with white hat. She carried a bouquet of white roses and ferns. The groom was attended by his brother, James Laufenberg, as best man.

After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride’s parents for immediate relatives. The dining room was decorated with yellow and white garden flowers.

The bride attended the Loyal high school and the Business college at La Crosse. The groom is employed by the Whittington Ice Company at Marshfield.

Mr. and Mrs. Laufenberg left immediately for a trip to Wisconsin Dells and on their return will make their home in Marshfield.
