Maud Humiston visited relatives at Neillsville last week.

The recital given by Grace Brown deserves great praise. A large and appreciative audience was present, a number from Neillsville and the Ridge being there. We hope that she will again favor us in the near future.

Mrs. Lloyd of Loyal, was the guest of Mrs. M. J. Turner last week.

Albion Snyder visited at Shortville last Friday.

Bill Hawks has moved his family up from Neillsville into the old White house.

L. Fulwiler and Mrs. W. Smithers were Loyal visitors Thursday.

Another dance was held at Frank Turner’s Saturday night.

The band met at Wm. Rowe’s Wednesday night to practice.

Mrs. Delbert Benedict of Withee, has been visiting here.

Gene Lindsley and son of South Dakota are here on a visit to his parents.

A holiness meeting was held at Mrs. Lizzie Lincoln’s Friday night.

The young folks met at Willie Campbell’s last Friday evening and gave him a pleasant surprise.

Lillie Warner went to Spokeville Saturday to see about getting a school.

J. Redmond of Loyal, was a visitor here Wednesday.

Ernest Grabe came out of camp to spend Sunday with his parents.
