Phillips, Verna M. (6 JUN 1917 - 20 Apr 1918)
Verna May, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Phillips, was born at Humbird, Clark County, Wis., June 6, 1917, and died April 20, 1918 at 1 o'clock, aged 10 months and 14 days, from measles and pneumonia, after an illness of several days. Burial was held Monday afternoon, with services at the M. E. Church, conducted by Rev. J. K. Peckham, interment was in the Mentor Cemetery.
