Dwight Graves, 71, died at 8 p.m. Sunday at the Memorial Hospital in Neillsville. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the York Center Methodist Church. The Rev. Lelan Shaw and the Rev. Ellen Shaw, Loyal, will officiate, and burial will be made in the York Center cemetery. The body will repose at the Gilbertson Funeral Home in Granton from Tuesday morning until noon Wednesday, and then at the church. Mr. Graves was born Jan. 29, 1896, in Calumet County, and was a young man when he accompanied his parents to the town of York. He had served as clerk of the town of York for number of years. He never married. A sister preceded him in death.
