Wilhelm Henry Edens died of heart disease Sunday at Granton. Burial takes place at the York Center cemetery. Mr. Edens was born at Fond du Lac on Dec. 5, 1863 and was married to Elizabeth Katherine Jakobi in the Town of Rhine, Sheboygan County, on Jan. 7, 1890. He is survived by his wife and the following children: William G., Hardwood, Mich.; Erna, Milwaukee; Mrs. Donald Kier, Nasonville; Mrs. Irvin Vandeberg, Neillsville; and Cpl. Hans J., Hamilton Field, Calif.; and 14 grandchildren. Two brothers, Paul Edens, Chilton, and Otto Edens, Stillwater, Minn., also survive. A daughter, a son, a sister, and two brothers preceded him in death. Mr. Eden's death followed a happy family reunion, attended by Erna of Milwaukee, who had returned for an extended visit with her parents; and by Hans and his wife, who left Friday, after a visit, and who were expected to return for the funeral; by William and his family of Hardwood, Mich.; by Mr.& Mrs. Donald Kier of Nasonville; and by Mr. & Mrs. Irvin Vandeberg and daughters of Neillsville.
