Joseph Rueth, 84, Loyal, passed away June 30, 1970 at the Memorial Home in Nielsville from complications of old age.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, July 3 from St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery with Father N. E. King officiating.

The body will lie in state ay the Roycraft Funeral Home, Loyal from noon on Thursday.

A P.C.C.W. Rosary will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday with a Parish Rosary at 9 p.m. Thursday.

Joseph Rueth was born July 14, 1885 at Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. He moved to Loyal with his parents in 1902. He farmed in the Loyal area until his retirement 10 years ago.

Mr. Rueth moved to the Memorial Home following his retirement and was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.

He is survived by 1 sister, Miss Verona Rueth, Whitewater, Wisconsin and 2 brothers, Albert and Peter Rueth, Loyal.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
