Jackson, Clara (Marriage - 25 JUN 1930)

Miss Clara Jackson and Cedric Nelson of Carson City, Nevada, were married at the residence of the bride's sister, Mrs. Walter S. Young of Genoa, Nevada on June 25, 1930 at 3 p.m.

Jane Christensen of Carson City, acted as bridesmaid and Louie Nelson of Carson City, acted as best man. They were joined in marriage by Rev. C. R. Eastman, pastor of the Federated Church of Carson City. Close relatives were invited, those in attendance being Mr. and Mrs. Fother Gill of Virginia City, Nevada, Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Eastman of Carson City, Rev. and Mrs. Henry James of Gardenerville, Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Nelson of Carson City, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Calbaum of Carson City, Louie Nelson, Jane Christensen and Mrs. H. R. Hall of Carson City.

They left soon after luncheon for a trip through southern California, and upon their return will return to Pyramid Lake, where the groom has been employed by a mining company for the past several months.

Miss Clara Jackson formerly lived with Mr. and Mrs. Henry Calbaum near Withee, Clark County, Wis., and Mrs. Walter S. Young is Mr. and Mrs. Calbaum's daughter of Withee.
