Heideman, Ella (Marriage - 25 Jul 1928)

A pretty church wedding was solemnized Wednesday at 2:00 o'clock at the Zion Lutheran Church in the town of Easton, the Rev. W. F. Ludwig officiating, when Miss Ella Heideman, daughter of Frank Heideman, of Withee, Clark County, Wis., became the bride of Adolph Kuhnert, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Kuhnert, Sr., of Wausau.

The bride was gowned in white satin crepe and wore a veil of silk tulle in coronet effect. She carried a shower bouquet of Orphelia roses, white sweet peas and babies breath.

Hilda and Walter Heideman of Withee, sister and brother of the bride, and Selma and Herbert Kuhnert of Wausau, sister and brother of the bridegroom, attended the couple. Miss Heideman wore shadow green crepe and Miss Kuhnert was attired in golden poppy crepe, each carrying an arm bouquet of larkspur, carnations and babies breath.

The little flower girl, Ruth Voskamp, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Voskamp of Wis. Rapids, wore light green crepe de chine and carried an ivory basket of rosebuds and babies breath.

The ceremony was followed by a bounteous 6:00 o'clock wedding dinner at the home of the bridegroom's parents, served to members of the two immediate families. The house was beautifully decorated with green, yellow, and white streamers and a profusion of garden flowers was displayed.

Mr. and Mrs. Kuhnert have the best wishes of their friends here and at Wausau for much happiness in their wedded life.
