(Marriage - 14 Augl 1929) A very pretty
wedding was solemnized at the Green Grove Lutheran Church, Rev. M.
C. Goetsch officiating, Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 14, 1929, at
three o'clock, when Miss Leona Schulte, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Charles Schulte, became the bride of Mr. Norman Behringer, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Behringer. Mrs. Walter Fink, sister of the
bride, acted as bridesmaid and the groom was attended by Mr. Walter
Fink. The bride was
attired in a lovely dress of white flat crepe and lace and her
bouquet consisted of sweet peas and roses. The bridesmaid wore a
dress of silk georgette and her bouquet consisted of asters and
sweet peas. Immediately after
the marriage ceremony, the bridal party repaired to the home of the
bride's parents where a wedding reception was held, the home being
nicely decorated in pink and white for the occasion. The newlyweds
left on a wedding trip to Cumberland and Ear Claire and will be at
home after Aug. 19th at Loyal, Clark County, Wis. , where the groom
is employed. The bride is well
and favorably known here and has many friends who extend best
wishes and congratulations. The groom is not so well known here,
but those who have met him say he is a fine, industrious young
man. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
