RAYMOND SCHLICHTER

Raymond N. Schlichter, 78, 2738 fourth St., died Monday, Apr.10, 1978 at Sacred Heart Hospital. Mr. Schlichter was born in the town of Cleveland, Jackson County. He married Olga Tessman Jan. 8, 1918, at Fairview. Mr. Schlichter worked as a meat cutter at Drummond's Packing until 1944, when he became employed at H & H Grocery Store, retiring in 1964. Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Clayton Jones, Mrs. Henry Kuehn, both of Fall Creek; three brothers, Lloyd, Humbird, Fred, Fairchild, Frank, Wisconsin Rapids; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Hardke, Winona, Minn., Mrs. Ann Yule, Oshkosh; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services were at 10 a.m. Thursday at Stokes and Sons Funeral Chapel and at 10:30 a.m. at St. James the Greater church, with burial in the Forest Hill Cemetery.
