Foster, Margaret (Marriage - 8 JUN 1921)

Miss Margaret Foster, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Foster of the town of Colby, Clark County, Wis., and Mr. Jack Hobelsberger of Dorchester, Clark County, were joined in wedlock at St. Mary’s Church in this city on Wednesday morning, June 8, 1921, at 9 o’clock, Rev. Lachnit performing the ceremony. They were attended by W. F. O’Connor, Joseph Mayer, and the Misses Marie and Helen Hobelsberger of Mosinee.

The church was decorated in the Ladies Sodality colors, white ad blue, the bride being a member of that society.

The bride wore a white satin gown trimmed with georgette and carried a bouquet of roses and lilies of the valley. The bridesmaids were attired in organdie gowns of honey dew shade and wore picture hats of white georgette and carried roses.

After the ceremony dinner was served at the home of the bride’s parents to relatives and the invitd guests. Those from out of town who were present were: Mr. and Mrs. Max Hobelsberger of Mosinee, parents of the groom; Hattie Shreiner, St. Paul; Anton Horn of Mosinee; and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Foster of Minnesota.

The newlyweds will spend their honeymoon in a tour of the state and parts of Minnesota. They will be at home to their friends after July 1st in Dorchester, where the groom is employed as a lumber grader.

The Phonograph joins with a host of friends in extending heartiest congratulations.
