The Rev. Andrew H. Bofenkamp officiated at the nuptial ceremony July 8, at Christ the King Catholic Church, Spencer, where vows were exchanged by Miss Colleen Sue Schafer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roland Schafer, Spencer, and Andrew David Reis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard H. Reis Sr., Route 1, Unity.

The bride was given in marriage bu her parents during nuptial for which Mary Strey, singer, and Anne Kedrowski furnished music.

The bride had an empire gown of organza over taffeta with lace designed with chapel-length train and carried a single white rose with baby's breath.

Her attendants were Miss Tammy Schafer of Stevens Point, maid of honor, and Miss Emma Reis, Unity, and Miss Michelle Schafer, Spencer, bridesmaids. They had powder blue knit gowns with chiffon jackets and each held a single rose tinted blue with baby's breath.

Junitta and Elizabeth Reis were flowers girls.

Pat Reis of Loyal was best man. Groomsmen were Joe Schultz of Marshfield and Dan Hebert, Loyal, groomsmen, and Donald Esselman and Thomas Schafer, ushers.

Dinner was served at church and the reception was at The Sword, Colby. The newlyweds are living on Route 1, Loyal. The bride graduated this year from Spencer High School and her husband in 1979 from Loyal High School.
