Feirn, Helen M. (13 September 1911 – 3 January 1981) With Flag
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, January 7, for Helen M. Feirn, 79, a
former Neillsville resident, who passed away on January 3, in Janesville.
The deceased was born on September 13, 1911, in Janesville. She later moved to
Neillsville sand served in the U.S. Army Air Corps from 1944 to 1948.
Surviving her are three brothers, Irving of Schofield, Harold of Eau Claire, and
Leo of Janesville; one sister, Mrs. Harriet Heck, Greenwood; and nieces and
nephews.
The Overton Funeral Home in Janesville was the site for the funeral. Burial was
made in the Oak Hill Cemetery in that community.
