After more than two years of illness, fifty-five year-old, Mrs. Joseph Lingl, from town of Colby, Clark county, Wis., died in her home last evening about 6:30 p.m.. The body is at the Lulloff funeral home in that city at the Lulloff funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 9 o'clock in St. Mary's Catholic church in Colby, Wis. The Rev. Francis Bienkowski will officiate and burial will be in the Colby cemetery..

Luella Wendt was born January 19, 1889, in Cataract, Monroe county, and married Mr. Lingl, June 1, 1915, in Humboldt, Sask. Canada. They resided there until 1926, and then moved to a farm near Spencer, Wis., and in April, 1943, located in the town of Colby, Wis.

The widower survives, along with: four children, Mrs. John Dahlke, Edgar, Mrs. Theodore Hoff, Spencer, and Miss Velma and Thomas Lingl, both at home, and six sisters and brothers, Mrs. Evan Happon, Greenwood, Mrs. George Lastoska, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Mrs. Henry Ghent, Mrs. William Neville and William and Fred Lingl, all of Neillsville.
