Mr. and Mrs. Harold Dahl of Loyal announce the engagement of their daughter Anna, to Thomas M. Bluem, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Bluem of Eau Claire. Miss Dahl is a 1978 graduate of Loyal High School and a 1979 graduate of City College of Cosmetology, Eau Claire. She works for Regis Hairstylists in Eau Claire. Her fiance, a 1977 graduate of North High School, Eau Claire, attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Menomonie, and took the Police Science Course at District 1 Technical Institute-Eau Claire. He is a deputy sheriff in Buffalo County. Their wedding date is September 30.

Dahl, Anna L. (30 September 1983)

Trinity Lutheran Church of Loyal was the setting for the wedding ceremony September 30 of Anna L. Dahl of Altoona and Thomas M. Bluem of Route 1, Cochrane.

Their parents are Mr. and Mrs. Harold Dahl of Loyal and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Bluem of Eau Claire.

The Rev. Joseph . Kraly performed the ceremony, while those providing music were Ron Gluch, organist, and Martha Dux, Laura Dux and Mary Ann Bluem, vocalists.

The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore a chiffonette over taffeta gown with chapel train, a veil with crown of silk lace trimmed with pears.

Robin Stodola of Altoona was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Roger Dahl of Chippewa Falls and Mrs. Ronald Noble of Huntsville, Alabama.

They wore cranberry-colored dresses.

Brigitte and Veronica Noble were flower girls.

Patrick Marco of Cochrane was best man. The bridegroom's other attendants were Roger Dahl and Ronald Noble. Chad Bluem and Kevin Williams seated wedding quests.

A dinner and reception were at the Loyal American Legion Hall.

The bride is a 1978 Loyal High School graduate and attended the City College of Cosmetology. She is a cosmetologist for Regis Hairstylists. Her husband is a 1977 North High School, Eau Claire graduate and is a deputy sheriff with the Buffalo County Sheriff's Department.

They are residing on Route 1, Cochrane.
