Hanne, Eldred Arnold (30 August 1922-14 July 1983)

ABBOTSFORD -- Eldred A. Hanne, 60, of Route 1, Abbotsford, died Thursday evening at his home of an apparent heart attack.

Services will be Monday at First United Church of Christ, Colby. The Rev. Kenneth A. Dix will officiate. Burial will be in Colby Memorial Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Dale Hanne, Rick Sazama, Ricci Prein, Woodrow Schmutzler Jr., and Dean and John Witte.

Visitation will be at the Rux Funeral Home. Colby.

He was born August 30, 1922 in the Town of Hull, to Mr. and Mrs. Charles (Emma) Pacholke) Hanne. He married Mildred Estrumse June 9, 1943 on Colby. She survives.

He had farmed in the Towns of Hull and Holton; was a truck driver for a time; and presently was might watchman at Liberty Homes, Dorchester.

A member of First United Church of Christ, Mr. Hanne is also survived by a daughter, Mr. Stanley (Elaine) Akins of Groveland, Florida; two grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Woodrow (Audrey) Schmutzler Sr., of Riplinger; and two brothers, Harold of Colby, and Vernon of Cornell.

He was predeceased by his parents, a twin brother on April 5, 1976, and a sister.
