J. F. Canon, County Clerk, started last Thursday in the old Court-house, which is being shoved back to the remotest corner of the lot that it may not endanger the new building in case it should get on fire. The work of removing is being done by Mr. Hiram hart, who, by the way, is an expert in that business, and although the building is one of the worst old shells ever constructed, it will sustain no material damage in the ride it is taking.
