Klauk, Frank (1866 - 23 Oct 1893)

Frand (Frank?) Klauk, who has been lying ill at his home here (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.), for the past four weeks, died on Tuesday last, after a long siege of typhoid fever, from which at times he seemed to rally and appear to be much improved he sank lower until nature gave way and the end came. He was born in Milwaukee and som sixteen years ago moved with his parents to a farm near Kiel, Manitowoc Co., Wis., and eight years ago came to Thorp, where he has since resided. Three years since he has united in marriage with Lena, daughter of George Banderob, who, with one son are left to mourn the untimely death of a loving husband and father. His age was 27 years. Besides a wife and child he leaves to mourn him his parents and several brothers and sisters. His funeral occurs today, Rev. F. Weikman officiating, the interment taking place in the Thorp Catholic Cemetery.
