Wetzel, Mrs. Carl (1861? - 2 Jan 1920)

Mrs. Carl Wetzel died at her home in Pine Valley, Clark County, Wis., Jan. 2, 1920, after a long and severe illness. She was born in Germany and was 58 years old. She was married to Carl Wetzel in 1882 and for several years they have made their home here. She was a good wife and mother and a kind neighbor. She leaves her husband and seven children. The funeral was held Monday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Rev. H. Brandt officiating.

My husband is Carl William Wetzel, Jr. His father was Carl William Wetzel, son of Bertha and Carl Wetzel near ElRoy, Wis. Bertha was born in Germany. Other children of Bertha and Carl include EVA, Katie, Florence, and a son August. Do not know if they had other children.  Any information you can give will be appreciated!
