Married, at the Lutheran Church in this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.), on Saturday, July 1st, 1893, by Rev. Jos. R. Fiehler, Mrs. Henry Frome and Miss Mary Greseke, both of the town of Colby, Clark Co.

In the afternoon, immediately after the ceremony, the happy couple were serenaded at the Colby House by the band. In the evening a reception was given at the residence of the bride’s parents, and a large number, with the band, was in attendance. The Greseke residence is a large commodious house but it was tested to its utmost capacity on this occasion., Dancing and refreshments were indulged in, a general good time had and the young people got a first class send off.
