West Pleasant Ridge

Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Austin of Waterloo, Wis., and Mrs. Henry Garsky and son of La Crosse spent a few days at the Nettie Vine home Thanksgiving week.

Mrs. Cliff Blackman was ill several days last week.

Edith, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. Scholtz, is ill.

Mrs. Ed Selves spent Thursday with Mrs. Homer Ralph.

The Ladies Circle of the Ridge Church met at the Clarion Counsell home Friday afternoon. During the afternoon Miss Haase, of the High Economics department of the High School, gave an interesting demonstration on making Christmas gifts. Miss Haase is to hold a meeting at the Harold Huckstead home Thursday, December 13.

Mrs. Harold Huckstead had been confined to her home with a severe cold.

Louis Duge has been out of school some time with a bad cold.

Mr. and Mrs. Clarion Cousnell and Davis, drove to Marshfield one day last week.
