Warncke, Eleanor (30 Mar 1936)

RIBER-WARNCKE

Miss Eleanor Warncke, daughter of Fred Warncke, Maplehurst, became the bride of Carl Riber, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Riber, Green Grove, at a quiet home ceremony at the Riber home on March 30.

The Rev. W. P. Powell read the nuptial rites in the presence of near relatives.

A gown of aquatone silk crepe with gray accessories was chosen by the bride for her wedding. She carried a bouquet of talisman roses and babies'-breath.

Her attendant, Miss Myrtice Koplitz, wore an orchid silk crepe frock and silver accessories. Her flowers were a shoulder bouquet of sweet peas and tea roses.

The groom was attended by his brother, Elmer Riber.

Covers were laid for 14 at a dinner at the Riber home: in the evening the couple was honored at a reception.

Mrs. Riber was graduated from the Withee high school in the class of 1929
