Christman, Michael J. (22 Feb 1925 - 11 Mar 2005)

Michael J. Christman, 80, Clintonville, died Friday, March 11, 2005, at Bellin Health Hospital, Green Bay. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, March 16, at St. Rose Catholic Church, Clintonville. The Rev. Don Everts officiated. Burial was at Fort Howard Memorial Park, Green Bay.

Michael J. Christman was born Feb. 25, 1925, in Loyal, to Peter and Elizabeth (nee Raab) Christman. He served in the United States Army and then married Evelyn Trofka on Sept. 13, 1952, in Suamico. They lived in Ripon, Suamico, and then moved to Clintonville, where he was employed by FWD Seagrave Corp. His wife died on Feb. 4, 1988. He retired in 2004. He was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.

Survivors include one daughter, Terri (Jeff) Patwell, Cross Plains; two sons, John (Patrica) Christman, Green Bay, and Gregory (Ellen) Christman, Ann Arbor, Mich.; and six grandchildren.
