Krainak, Louise M. (23 JUN 1926)

Miss Louise M. Krainak, daughter of Mrs. Mary Krainak, was united in marriage to Peter L. Wanke, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Wanke of Marshfield, Wednesday morning, June 23rd, 1926 at the St. Louis Catholic Church, Rev. Pitzenberger officiating.

Gustine Krainak, sister of the bride acted as maid of honor, while Mary Krainak of Ironwood, Mich., a cousin of the bride, and Catherine Rosenthal were bridesmaids. Albert Wanke, brother of the groom, Herman Krainak, brother of the bride, were the groom's attendants.

The bride was handsomely dressed in white georgette crepe embroidered veil with pearl crown and carried a shower bouquet of white roses and swansonias.

The maid of honor was dressed in nile green georgette crepe, laced trimming with hat to match and wore a corsage bouquet of carnations. The bridesmaid were both gowned equally as beautifully, Miss Krainak wearing orchid crepe and Miss Rosenthal peach crepe and both beautiful head bands, and carrying white and pink carnations. The groom wore navy pencil blue and the groomsmen gray.

The home of the bride's mother was beautifully decorated in nile green to match the dresses of the ladies of the bridal party. The tables were decorated with ferns and a beautiful wedding cake held the place of honor, and after the ceremony they all gathered here for a very bounteous wedding dinner. After the dinner they drove to Marshfield and had their pictures taken at the Davies Studio.

In the evening they motored to Athens for a wedding dance and everyone had a glorious time.

Miss Louis Krainak is a Dorchester, Clark County, Wis. girl so needs no introduction to our readers, and has a host of friends who wish her heaps of joy. Mr. Wanke is a stranger but we congratulate him on choosing such a fine helpmate.

The Clarion joins the friends in offering congratulations.

The out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Wanke and family of Marshfield, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Rauscher and Mr. and Mrs. John Wanke of Watertown, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Smith of Kaukauna, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Rackner of Minneapolis, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wanke of Fenwood, Misses Mary and Clara Rosenthal of Plover, Miss Anna Collins of Ironwood, Mich., Mr. and Mrs. Kaseir, Joe Krainak and Mrs. Martin Hrdinee of Ironwood, Mich., and Mr. and Mrs. Hrdinee of Medford.

Mr. and Mrs. Wanke will make their home in Athens where Mr. Wanke operates a machine shop.
