Willart, Hazel A. (23 Jan. 1934 - 14 Dec. 2004)

OWEN -Hazel A. Willett, 70, of the town of Holway died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2004, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau.

There will be no visitation or funeral services. Spring cremainal interment will take place in Medford Evergreen Cemetery II.

She was born Jan. 23, 1934, in the town of Goodrich to Adolph Jerome and Fern (Lafee) Schlais. She married Lesley A. "Bill" Willett on Sept. 2, 1950, in Medford. He preceded her in death on April 23, 2003. She and her husband owned the Family Bar in Rib Lake and she later worked at Gem Products and the Golden Age Nursing Home. She retired in 1996.

Surviving are her children, Gail (Mike) Linzner, Owen, Nina (Don) Schreiner, Arlington Heights, Ill., and Lesley Jr. (Joyce) Willett, Abbotsford; seven grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and her sister, Eleanor Holtz, Medford.
