Larrabee, Ella Margaret (3 Oct. 1893 - 5 July 1931)

Ella Margaret Richardson, the daughter of John and Ella Richardson was born at Neillsville, Wisconsin October 3, 1893. She died at the Sacred Heart Hospital , Eau Claire, Wisconsin July 5, 1931, at the age of 37 years, 9 months, and 2 days.

She graduated from the Neillsville High School at the age of 17. She attended the Eau Claire Normal School and taught for 16 years in the state of Minnesota and Wisconsin.

She was united in marriage to Roy Bernard Larrabee October 2, 1925 at Duluth. Following her marriage she taught at the Carpenter School east of Cloverton for two years. The she moved to Webster Wisconsin where she lived at the time of her death. She was preceded in death by her mother, one sister, Mrs. Mark Andrews and two brothers, George and Clarence.

She is survived by her husband R. B. Larrabee, two step children, Donald and Margel, her father and her step-mother of Neillsville, Wisconsin, two sisters, Mrs. Wm. Kelch and Mrs. C. G. Coveau, of Markville, two brothers Hal Richardson of Neillsville, Wisconsin and Jack Richardson of Eau Claire, besides many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Larrabee has been since 1919 a member of the Markville Presbyterian Church. Her genuine Christian spirit and her unfailing friendliness endeared her to all who knew her.

Those from out of town attending the funeral included more than fifty friends and relatives from Webster as well as several from Osceola, Taylor’s Falls, Danbury and near-by points in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

The out of town relatives present included her father, John Richardson and Mrs. Richardson of Neillsville, her two brothers, Hal and Jack and their families, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Erickson and family of Waukesha, Margel Andrews of Milwaukee and several others.
