Scott S. Davel, 51, Loyal, died Monday, Sept. 27, 2004, at his home. Following a 10 a.m., a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 1, at Cuddie Funeral Home, Loyal. The Rev. Roman Kaiser will officiate. Inurnment will follow at St. Anthony’s Catholic Cemetery.

Scott Steven Davel was born on April 17, 1953, in Marshfield, to Paul and Patricia (nee Foster) Davel. He was raised and educated in Loyal, graduating from Loyal High School in 1971. He then enrolled at Wausau Technical College, where he spent two years studying. He spent much of his time as a freelance photographer. His interests included reading, photographing the outdoors, throwing darts, movies, Packer football, music of all kinds, computers, video games and spending time with his friends.

He will be sadly missed by two sisters, Dana (Patrick) Sills, Eau Claire, and Paula (Rick) Fredrickson, Blanchardville; one brother, Peter (Barb) Davel, Menomonee Falls; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Cuddie Funeral Home, Loyal, is assisting the family with arrangements.
