SET ASIDE WILL

Last week James Paulus received a newspaper clipping stating that the will of Mrs. J. W. McAdams had been set aside by the Superior Court of Los Angeles, Calif.

This will bequeathed nearly all of Mrs. McAdams’ Estate of Aimee Semple McPherson and the Angelus Temple, which she has long controlled. The estate is said to aggregate $30,000 in value. In case the action of the Superior Court is upheld be the Supreme Court, the estate will be divided among Mrs. McAdams’ relatives. She leaves no children, bothers nor sisters, so the estate will go to lateral relatives. Mr. James Paulus of this city is a cousin.
