Vandehey, Madeleine (22 Jul 1925)

A very pretty wedding took place on Wednesday morning, July 22nd, 1925 at nine o'clock at St. Balthasar's Catholic Church, when Miss Madeleine Vandehey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Vandehey, became the bride of Mr. Frank Neibauer, Rev. Joseph F. Stenz performing the ceremony.

The bride was attired in a beautiful dress of white canton crepe and wore a veil and carried a shower bouquet of roses and sweet peas. Miss Monica Neibauer, a sister of the groom, and Miss Lucille Reiland were bridesmaids, the former wore a dress of pale yellow crepe and wore an arm bouquet of roses. The latter wore orchid crepe and an arm bouquet.

Ralph Vandehey, a brother of the bride, attended the groom as best man and Bernard Neibauer, a brother of the groom, as groomsman.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the home of the bride's parents and a wedding dinner was served to the bridal party and immediate relatives only.

Mr. and Mrs. Neibauer left the same day for a trip to the southern part of the state and will be at home at Wis. Rapids on their return.

The bride is a very capable young lady, and is held in highest regard by all who know her.

The groom, although a stranger here, is well spoken of.

The Tribune joins with many friends here in wishing them a lifetime of happiness.
