Geiger, Gerald Dale, Sr. (10 February 1947 – 4 May 2022)

Gerald Dale Geiger Sr., age 75, of Dorchester, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at the Marshfield Medical Center.

Gerald was born on February 10, 1947, the son of Bernard and Elizabeth (Pollack) Geiger in Marshfield. He received his education from St. Mary’s in Colby.

Gerald was a jack of all trades. He drove truck, farmed and was a foundry worker, small business owner and just a jack of all trades. He enjoyed racing, tractor pulling, and riding around town in his golf cart. Fact or Fiction…. He was an amazing story teller and all around great B.S.’er.

Gerald is survived by his children, Debra (Scott) Schaefer of Sheboygan, Sue (Fred) Winkel of Sheboygan, Gerald (Dawn) Geiger Jr. of Sheboygan and Tina (Dave) Artlus of West Salem; ten grandchildren: Cody, Jenna, Marissa, Kaden, Samantha, Nicholas, Kiersten, Dominic, Teresa, and Jake; 8 great-grandchildren; and five siblings: Shirley (Allen) Baehr, Bob (Jane) Geiger, Jean (Kenny) Borris, Ron (Barb) Geiger, and Elaine (Gary) Blasel; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son: Todd; and his two brothers: Denny and Joseph.

A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Country Aire Bar and Banquet Hall (118600 County Road P Stratford, WI 54484) from 2:00 P.M. until done.
