Ehren C. Boeger, 18, died on Friday, June 27, 2003, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., on Tuesday, July 1, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Loyal. The Rev. Roman Kaiser officiated. Burial was in the Athens Village Cemetery. Pallbearers were Ross Brill, Josh Loos, Zack Kauth, Justin Delo, Ryan Aumann, Louie Plaskey, Steven Plaskey and Donavon Plaskey.

Ehren Clay Boeger was born on April 28, 1985, in Marshfield, to Clay and Wendy [nee Laessig] Boeger. He received his education in the Loyal Public Schools. He was employed at the Kirk Haslow farm, Loyal, at the time of his death. His interests included stock cars, mechanics, fishing, hunting and baseball.

Survivors include his mother, Wendy [John Plaskey] Boeger, Loyal; his father, Clay Boeger, Stratford; one brother, Stein Boeger, Loyal; two sisters, Alda Boeger, Loyal, and Johanna Boeger, Loyal; his maternal Grandparents, Shirley Marvin, Unity, and Gerald [Donna] Laessig, Sarona; his paternal grandparents, Verald [Amanda] Boeger, Stratford; his maternal great-grandmother, Mary Keding, Unity; and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Cuddie Funeral Home, Loyal, assisted the family with arrangements.
