Drescher, Adella (15 May 1929)

On May 15th, 1929, at 7:30 o'clock, Miss Adella Drescher of Madison, Wis., and Martin W. Rusch of Des Moines, Iowa, were joined in wedlock.

The happy union took place at the First Methodist Church of the city of Des Moines, Dr. Brett Kenna performing the ceremony. Dinner was served at the Gypsy Tea Room shortly after the ceremony.

Miss Drescher wore an orchid lace dress and hat; and carried a bouquet of roses, sweet peas and lilies of the valley. She is the daughter of Bernard Drescher of Granton, Clark County, Wis., and well known throughout that community.

Mr. Rusch is the son of William O. Rusch, Potter, Wis. He is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin; there a member of the national Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity. He is employed at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., at the Des Moines branch as cashier.

The newlyweds will reside at the Arcadian Manor No. 2, 2809 Grand Ave., Apt. 15, after June 10th.
