The above advertisement appeared in the Greenwood Gleaner, 14 Sept. 1900.

Ingelbright Borseth was born March, 1865 in Norway and his parents were also native Norwegians.  He was married to Clara M. when she was 29 yrs. and he was 35 yrs. of age.  She was a native of Sweden as were her parents.  Ingelbright and Clara both immigrated to the United States in 1888.  Their daughter Edith G. was born Nov. 1891 and Lillian V. was born Jan. 1900.  At the time of the 1900 Census, Inga M. C. Hansen was boarding with the Borseth's.  She was 20 yrs. old, having been born May, 1880 and Inga made her living selling sewing notions.

Notes & Research

Will Smith and Wm. Andrews drove over to Loyal Saturday morning after the front for the building John Shanks is having fitted up for I.E. Borseth. Greenwood Gleaner 7 Sept. 1900.

The oyster season is open and I. E. Borseth will have a fresh stock tomorrow, Saturday. Greenwood Gleaner 13 Sept. 1901.
