Morrison, Arthur & Mildred (50th Anniversary 16 August 1983)
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Morrison of Route 3, Thorp, celebrated their 50th wedding
anniversary August 20 with a picnic at their home, attended by family, relatives
and neighbors.
Morrison and Mildred Reineke were married August 16, 1933 in the Methodist
parsonage by the Rev. James Irish, Their attendants were Evelyn Morrison Reineke,
sister of Arthur Morrison and Alvin Reineke, brother of Mrs. Morrison.
The children are Mrs. W.A. (Ardie) McPherson, Houston; Larry Morrison, Nekoosa;
Mrs. Richard (Patty) Schlinsog, Marshfield; and George Morrison, Chippewas
Falls. There are seven grandchildren and one great-grandson.
