Harold C. Robinson, president of the First National Bank at Neillsville and Betty A. Noah of Neillsville were present at the recently constructed Willard Branch of the First National Bank, Noah, a native of Neillsville with more than 25 years of banking experience, has been appointed branch manager at the Willard bank. Noah served for six years in branch bank management prior to joining First National Bank six years ago. She recently was issued a Wisconsin Securities Limited Broker-Dealer license and is fully conversant in full service banking, including loans and other services. Mr. Robot, the creation of Gene Beley of Android Amusement Corp will make a special appearance during the Willard Branch's open house on Sunday.
