HERMAN WEGNER BUYC CHIPPEWA HOTEL

Herman Wegner last week made a deal by which he acquires ownership of the Chippewa Hotel at Chippewa Falls, Wis. It is a 40 room hotel, all equipped in a modern way and is valued at $35, 000. Mr. Wegner turns out in exchange his thirty-one acre farm in the city limits, a good residence on the north side and some land in Ashland county. T. E. Brameld acted as a broker in the deal.

Mr. and Mrs. Wegner carried on the Merchants Hotel in this city for several years, and were much liked by the public. They are efficient in giving fine service, accommodating at every turn, and know how to be helpful to guests, in every way. Chippewa Falls and the traveling public who stop in that city will find Mr. and Mrs. Wegner hotel people of the right sort.
