Lida "Linda" P. Cannon, July 14, 1896

June 6, 1896 Graduate of Neillsville, Wis. H.S.

Cannon, Linda (Marriage - 30 Dec. 1922)

Mr. George Heinrich and Miss Linda Cannon were married at 9 o’clock a.m. Saturday, Dec. 30, 1922, at the Catholic parsonage in Neillsville, Rev. Peter Weber officiating. They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. F. O. Balch and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wasserburger, who acted as witnesses. After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride’s sister, Miss Mable Cannon, at which a group of relatives and near friends was present.

The groom’s former home was in Iowa, but he has been employed here in the Condensary for several years and is on of the most trusted employees in the plant. He is a man of industrious habits and quiet manner, but has established a circle of friends who appreciate his fine qualities of character. The bride has lived all her life here, graduated from Neillsville high school and Stevens Point Normal, and for several years has taught very successfully the primary department of the North Side City Schools. Among the children who has passed through her department and their parents she has formed many lasting friendships which have widened her influence in the community to great extent. The Press joins with the many friends of Mr. and Mrs. Heinrich in extending best wishes for their success and happiness.

They took the 11:30 a.m. train for a wedding trip to Milwaukee.
