Lazotte, Mary ( 14 Jul 1896 - 15 May 1910)
Mary Lazotte, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Lazotte, died at their home in Grant, Clark County Sunday morning, aged thirteen years, ten months and one day. The cause of her death was inflammatory rheumatism, from which she was sick for about six weeks. Mary was a bright, good girl, a favorite with her friends and schoolmates, who lament her early death. The funeral was held Tuesday at the Catholic Church in this city, Rev. A. Dorrenbach officiating.
