"The Lynn Mutual Fire Ins. Co. held at their annual meeting at the court house Tuesday, electing the following directors for three years: S. E. Hutchings, Geo. Brooks, P. N. Christianson. Aug. Dankemeyer, was elected director for two years to fill vacancy of W. S. Irvine, resigned. At the director's meeting immediately following S. E. Hutchings was elected president, Geo. A. Austin V. Pres., H. Sternitzky Sec., John Ure, treas. The company insurance cover $2,703.370.67."
