ARTHUR E. WINTER (28 May 1928 - 7 Apr 1950)

Arthur E. Winter, 23, died at Milwaukee April 7 after an illness of one year. Funeral services were conducted from the Georgas Funeral Home on Tuesday at 2 o'clock Rev. Virgil Nulton officiated. Burial was in the city cemetery. Arthur Winter was born May 28, 1928, to Julius and Jennie Winter in the Town of Pine Valley. He received his education in the rural schools and was graduated from Neillsville high school in 1946. He was employed by a logging concern in Washington until 1948. He then went to Milwaukee where he was employed by the Nash Kelvinator company. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Jennie Winter one brother, Clifford, at home six sisters - Mrs. Ellis (Edith) Ottens, Fulton, Ill. Mrs. Roland (Alice) Leskow, Milwaukee Mrs. Leslie (Vivian) Flaherty, Rosemont, W. Va. Mrs. Fred (Florence) Marty, Granton Mrs. Ward (Clarice) Lockman, Myrtle Creek, Wash. and Miss Grace Winter, Milwaukee.
