Wall, Winifred (Marriage - 8 Jan 1901)

Geo. L. Brand of Chicago and Miss Winifred Wall of this city (Neillsville, Clark County), were united in marriage at the rooms of Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Dillman at Frank Darling's Tuesday morning, Rev. G.W. Longenecker officiating. The ceremony was private, only the immediate relatives of the contracting parties being present. The newly wedded pair left on the noon train for Chicago and other points and after a brief trip will return and for the present will reside here, occupying the rooms at Mr. Darling's vacated by Mr. and Mrs. Dillman.

The bride is one of Neillsville's most accomplished young ladies and has a host of friends in this vicinity and is highly esteemed by all. She is the daughter of Mrs. Jos. Dillman and for the past two years has been studying music in Chicago. The groom is the traveling representative of the Kerns Milling Co. of Chicago and is a young man of sterling character and worth, and who commands the respect of all. May their voyage on life's sea be on of happiness and prosperity is the wish of all.
