Prospects looked bright for a successful season as eight lettermen were among this group to furnish the nucleus for the 1934 team.

September 21, 1934 - Medford there - Neillsville 7, Medford 6.

September 28, 1934 - Chippewa here - Neillsville 2, Chippewa 7. 

October 5, 1934 - Black River Falls there - Neillsville 15, Black River Falls 6.

October 12, 1934 - Owen here - Neillsville 20, Owen 0.

October 19, 1934 - Stanley here - Neillsville 13, Stanley 7.

October 26, 1934 - Augusta there - Neillsville 33, August 0.

Neillsville - Medford tired for Championship of Chippewa-Black River Valley Conference -- Co-Champions. Each team won 4 and lost 0 conference games.

Armistice Game Nov. 12, 1934 at Stanley.

Co-Champions of conference met in the Armistice Day Game. We fought and outgained the Medford team. Our line opened big holes for the backs to gain through. We defeated Medford 2-6. Entire team played a splendid game. Blocking and tackling brilliant.

Left End, Harold Feirn: Co-Captain-All conference End. Big-strong-rangy. His height gave him an advantage over opposing defensive backs, and made him a good target for our passes. He was a fast hard, powerful charger on defense; his end was seldom gained around.

Left Tackle, Hugh Horswill: Co-Captain. Big, strong, good-natured Hughie, dependable, always in the right place at the right time. He helped open big holes in opponents' lines for our backs to gain through. Powerful in defense.

Left Guard, Robert Gerhardt: Small but fast, fine blocker and tackler. We expected great things of you next season, Bob.
