Granton High School
Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the
Class of 2023 Announced
The Granton Area School District has announced
the two students with the highest academic achievement in the Granton High
School Class of 2023: Lizzy Reinart and Abigail Woller. Reinart has been named
valedictorian.
Lizzy Reinart has been named Granton Area School
District’s Valedictorian for the 2022-2023
school year.

“Throughout high school, I have always strived
for excellence, ensuring that my grades and attendance never fell behind,”
Reinart said.
Reinart took numerous college classes during her
junior and senior years to prepare herself for life after high school.
“I have for sure kept myself busy in almost every
club and sport,” Reinart said, “including FFA, student council, National Honor
Society, Visioneers, Varsity Club, BLAST, volleyball, basketball, and track and
field.”
Reinart is in the process of applying to be a
State FFA officer for the 2023-24 school year, which Reinart would be doing
while attending her first year of college.
This fall, Reinart will attend UW-River Falls to
pursue a degree in agricultural education in hopes of becoming an Ag. teacher
and FFA advisor.
“High school has been an adventure and I cannot
wait to see what the future brings me,” Reinart said.
Woller has been named salutatorian.
The Granton Area School District has named
Abigail Woller as Salutatorian for the
2022-2023 school year.

“My family has been my support staff for my high
school years,” Woller said.
Woller’s mother is a kindergarten teacher at the
Granton Area School District, and her father runs the deli department at
Festival Foods.
“I have participated in many extracurriculars,”
Woller said, “such as FFA, Spanish Club, NHS, student council, band, choir, and
yearbook.”
Woller is also a three-sport athlete.
“The sports that I participated in were
basketball, volleyball, and track and field,” Woller said. “I am attending the
UW-Stevens Point for a major in early childhood education and a minor in music.”
