Hahn, Amy J. (25 July 1905 – 6 April 1983)
Mrs. Amy J. Hahn, 77, a former Neillsville resident, passed away in a Savoy,
Illinois, nursing home on April 6. Funeral services were held on Friday morning,
April 8, in Champaign with the Rev. Morris Christman officiating. Burial was
made in Champaign.
She was born in Champaign, Illinois, on July 25, 1905. Surviving her are two
sons, Walter, Jr., of Neillsville and Jerry of Mahomet, Illinois; a daughter
Elaine Cochran, Chesapeake, Virginia; a stepdaughter, Marlys Evans, Fortuna,
California; 26 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Hahn, Sr., who died in Neillsville in
1949; three sons, Gary, John and Frank; and a stepdaughter, Lillian.
