Redig, Air Force Senior Airman Alan E.

Air Forces Senior Airman Alan E. Redig, brother of Sharin Engevold of Route 2, Spencer, participated in a NATO-Sponsored exercise involving in the Army's return of forces to Germany (REFORGER) and the Air Force's Crested Cap exercises.

The exercises are designed to develop uniformity of doctrine, standardize procedures for rapid response to a crisis and demonstrate solidarity in commitment to NATO goals and objectives.

Redis is a security specialist with the 342st Strategic Missile Wing at Mamlstrom Air Force Base, Montana. He is a 1980 graduate of Loyal High School
